Hotel has everything you need
Clean, beautiful, delicious food, great view, kind and respectful staff, lovely pool and hot tub, beds were very comfortable, chocolates in room were fantastic - overall an amazing experience! Thank you

Great and helpful staff at the lobby area.
We had a perfect stay and were completely satisfied with the hotel. It has a great location in Shibuya: 5 min to the station in a quieter area. The room was nice, spacious and extremely clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful view. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. All the facilities are excellent.
Comfortable and Clean. I loved the soaking tub. Bed was heavenly. Very helpful concierge helped us make some restaurant reservations. Loaned us umbrellas when it rained.
