We loved the convenience of the location, and friendliness of the staff.
Loved that the kitchen was pre-stocked with everything we needed to make our first morning breakfast! I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!
Location is excellent, walking distance to multiple food options. Shuttle for skiing was very easy, we used it everyday. Free ski lockers and boot dryers were a major bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Coffee shop located in the hotel was awesome, a little pricy for the area, but food was really good.
The location is fantastic. Very close to all the restaurants and food trucks.
The staff are very friendly. As someone who does not speak Japanese, communication is very good as they all speak good English at the front desk.
