Stayed here before. Fully furnished, clean & tidy. Friendly & helpful manager Tats - picked us up from train station on arrival & sent us to the station upon check out.
To have electric bicycles at the place is fantastic. The manager was very attentive and went for us at the metro station and leave us there after check in. He also gave us a personal intro about the place, the bicycle and the area. The place is small but very well equiped.
Great little apartment, great location and we even got picked up from the station on arrival and dropped back when we left which was most appreciated given our heavy back packs. Highly recommend this place!
車で行ったのですが，無料の駐車場が使用できたこと。
暑い夏に行ったのですが，冷凍庫が大きくたくさんのペットボトルを凍らせることができて，移動中の暑さ対策をすることができたこと。洗濯をすることができて，ベランダに夜のうちにに干せば，朝乾いており，家に帰っての洗濯をしなくてよかったこと。
O quarto era limpo e de um tamanho bom. A máquina de lavar roupa ajuda no planeamento de uma viagem. O anfitrião apesar de não falar inglês foi sempre muito gentil e prestável.
O grande extra são as bicicletas electricas que permitiram visitar muito Kyoto e evitar andar na confusão dos transportes publicos
