Opened in April 2014, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from JR Numazu Station and next to a shopping mall. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. In-room facilities at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel include an LCD TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. An air purifier/humidifier is also provided in each room. The private bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests at the hotel can use coin launderette and drinks vending machines on site. The 24-hour front desk offers free luggage storage services. A Japanese-style and Western breakfast buffet is served at Beer Restaurant Cafe Boa. The restaurant is open between 06:30-10:00 on weekdays, and 07:00-10:00 on weekends and public holidays. Last order is at 09:30. Numazu Port is a 12-minute drive away. Senbon Matsubara Beach, which features pine trees and a Mount Fuji view, is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Wonderful staff, impeccably clean, just a few minutes walk from the station and really enjoyed Numazu as a location. There were a good amount of restaurants nearby.

Looks brand new hotel. Very close to station and shopping mall Plaza verde Nice and standard Daiwa Roynet room Parking available in the mall

- Efficient and polite staff - Location was very close to Numazu Station. The only caveat is that the layout of the station itself is not good. You cannot easily cross between the north and south exits without entering the ticket gates. If not entering the ticket gate, need to walk a bit longer to use an underground crossing. - Spacious room with efficient layout - Although I only availed of the buffet breakfast once, I find the variety and taste of the food to be quite good. - Eco-friendly with option to request for cleaning or just towel replacement - Laundry machines can use cashless payment, in my case, GCash - View of Mt. Fuji from windows in the elevator area. There is also a building, Plaza Verde, with a rooftop to get a view of Mt Fuji (Note: I went in December so there is already snow cap. Not sure if it will be obvious around summer time)
