I loved the quiet room and the good climate control. The Japanese-style room was large enough that the heater did not overwhelm and I turned it off at night. The lobby lounge area was great for socializing and the honor bar was welcome. The onsen was hot and it was open in the morning as well as the afternoon. The restaurant always had fresh salad and excellent ice cream of which you can serve yourself after dinner. The hotel manager is a lovely lady, kind and helpful.
