The onsen was exceptional. Really nice. The extras Dormy provides like the free evening ice cream and late night ramen were great, although we didn’t make it down for the ramen on this visit. The location was fantastic. It’s walking distance to the Kumamoto Castle and close to a mall and tram stops.
I loved how close the property was to a major station.
We love Dormy Inns , very comfortable with great amenities such as the rooftop Onsen
Onsen service is very good! The room is large and they have free coffee
Room size was extremely comfortable for a solo traveler. Facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Public hot spring baths were clean and well supplied.
