Clean, quiet, and very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. One staff member at reception made telephone calls on my behalf to help me confirm travel logistics and a visit for a museum located far since I don’t speak Japanese. I appreciated that very much! The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and fresh, healthy foods. Excellent staff in the restaurant who make sure you enjoy your breakfast. Location is good, only a 10 minute walk from international ferry terminal. The hot baths and relaxation room with anime books were enjoyable. This is a fantastic hotel with many options to makek your stay very relaxing indeed.
