All the personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful, which made our stay really great. Our hearts melted when they offered umbrellas on a rainy day, in other hotels you need to rent it. The rooms were tight, but it was expected and there was everything we needed. We loved the location as well - in a quite area, but a walkable distance (15-20 min) to the vibrant Dotonbori streets full of restaurants and people.

The room was well worth the price and I personally liked the beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well.

The hotel was fantastic overall. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping service was very efficient. I also appreciated the wide array of amenities available for guests to take and the convenience of having a vending machine on the ground floor. The staff were also very efficient.

The location of the hotel was superb. Quite neighborhood and a few minutes walk to the Dotonbori. The room was clean and the fact that they had a smart TV in the room was a bonus point for me. Had the breakfast buffet. It was great Lastly, for someone who was travelling alone the hotel felt safe.

A bit far from station if you have a lot of luggages.
