The staff was very kind and always welcomed me home at the end of the workday. Nice big bed.
Good location and nice rooms, rooms are for Tokyo terms a good size imo. Would stay here again!
An oasis of peace in this quiet neighborhood of Tokyo. Subway station is only 5 minutes walk and there is a convenient 7 Eleven store down the corner. We were on the 11th floor, so the view was nice. Room is very small but clean and modern with comfy beds. There was a direct accès train from NRT to A15 station, not sure about from HND. Ask ticket office at airport because you do not want to make any connections with your luggages in a confusing network.
The best shower we had so far. High-pressure hot water massage is so great!
The bed was great. The location is very convenient (close to several important metro lines including the Asakusa line from the Narita airport).
Members of the staff are very helpful. The room was very quiet, not noisy at all.
