The hotel is located in the perfect spot. Cozy. Staff is super friendly but News some detail renovation amd you can gear the trains approaching and leaving
Very good place to stay in Marunochi walking diatance to Ginza
Staff was awesome. The way they receive you and till we depart. Every request is taken with utmost care and they would act accordingly to complete the request ASAP. One of the best service team I have seen in my travels
The staff was exceptional. The service was supper amazing. I had a lot of luggage going to Osaka they allowed me to leave my bags for 3 days which I found so helpful, I ddnt know my way to the train station one of the staff escorted me and my baby up to the train door . I was really impressed . Yea the food wasn’t so great but everything else was on point
All of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is decent considering it's right next to Tokyo station.
We did most of our sightseeing using the train, so the location next to the train station was great. Easy to get to. The room was beautiful and well appointed.
