The staff and facilities were absolutely a dream! Beautiful views of the Lake and Mt Fuji. We had an amazing time.
Nice relaxing stay with a view of Mt Fuji. I know only a few phrases in Japanese and the staff was so patient with me and we communicated with a google translator app. I love that we were able to rent out a BBQ area to grill our own food for dinner.
Fantastic looking over the lake every morning made me smile. The Staff were amazing really were nothing was a chore for them .
I had my 60th Birthday there did not ask them or say anything/ but they made me a cake and sung happy birthday very special place. Recommend Martin Sussex England .
Excellent location with splendid view of Mount Fuji right in front of your eyes! Looking forward to visit again in winter to see Mount Fuji covered with snow.
