Reception: A few of the front staffs were respectful, lovely, very customer service oriented and helpful.
House-keeping: well maintained and helpful.
Room stayed: clean, slightly spacious and full sunlight.
Location: variety of restaurants to explore, close to Ginza line train and Ginza shipping area.

Great location. The staff were so kind and friendly. Although it was very fancy and the hallways looked a bit like a scary movie but it may just be because I am not used to nice hotels. Very awesome highly recommend
