Good location as we could easily walk to the Takegawara onsen and shops.

Great family room, awesome location, great communication.
Check in was breezy. Was given the entrance password 2 days before check in date. Also was given a link to do pre check in and given a QR code to scan during the actual check in inside the apartment building.
Beds are comfortable and we all slept well throughout our stay.
Love the heater function in the shower room that allows our clothes to dry fast, after washing.
Though the apartment was unmanned, the response from the staff via the chat function (either thru booking.com or the in-room device) was fast.
Will definitely choose Grand Base again!
