Fantastic location, very kind staff who explained everything through translator app.

Exceeded expectations and 100 percent lived up to all the other reviews. Owner was so kind, Jigoku mushi was delicious and all supplies needed were available in the kitchen, shop across the street had all the ingredients you could ever want, onsen was hot and wonderful, bedding was comfortable, location was ideal. What more could you want?

In the middle of area with most hot springs in Beppu.

The receptionist was super friendly and mastered the way of using Google translate to tell us everything we know.

The hotel includes a hot spring steam oven (amazing!), which we could use for free and we were told where we could buy ingredients for it.

We stayed in the japanese style room, which was nice and cute with a great view over the town to the ocean.

Oh I love this hotel with the japanese toom and I got a great view of the city with steam. It's light up with color at night so beautiful.

It's the perfect location. Very close to many great onsens and the Hells. The owner was extremely friendly and took time to explain how to use the steamers to cook food. The room was small but comfortable.
