Very traditional Japanese house, easily the coolest place I've ever stayed at.

The house is big, has a lot of thing for comfort stay. Like clothes dryer, was very helpful.

It was a historic beautiful house that suits every traveler who seeks Japanese tradition. At the small bay within a short walk the breathtaking view of Mt,Fuji was greeting us and became the highlight of my trip. The people near the village were honest, and friendly and they gave us free local brand Mikan many times. We enjoyed looking around the Sunday market and got fresh and good price local fish for dinner. The owner was always nice and helpful and responded fast. It is always hard part to manage the temperature in a historic house in winter, but we were pretty comfortable in kitchen and living area in the house.

One of the best hosts we have ever had, thank you Futa-san! He went far and beyond to help us with our stay and our trip.

There is very good experience to stay at traditional Japanese house. Owner is good and come to help on checking the heater and provide additional power extension.
