we had a bad experience other place that we reserved before. And we changed this hotel that we used livemax before. Staff is very friendly and kind.
Great location near the train station. It was a self check in so didn’t really see the staff that much.

We actually book the same hotel in らしきし Kurashiki shi ； but accidentally went to Okayama hotel . a gentleman in reception helped a lot and assistant is to cancle the booking in Kurashiki. Great service
