The room is big. The staff is helpful. There is a kitchen on the first floor that we can use microwave and cooking. We can park a car in front of the pension. There is a small public bath on the basement.

The property was a big 2 story loft wooden house, feels like recently built. It was clean, furniture was new, plenty of amenities. It really felt like home. Kids enjoyed running around. Air conditioning was good, but you don't need much of it even on a hot August day. The property had a yard, where we played with kids. House is surrounded by the trees, so you always see green in the windows. The place is a few minutes' walk from Goryu station, which btw, had very reasonably priced fruits (loved the apples). All in all, a great property for a nice vacation trip.

Very accommodating! The place is very aesthetic! They help us when we got stucked in snow and allowed out request to change our booking... we will definitely go back and stay with them again!

We stayed in one of the cabins. There were two western style beds and mats for additional sleeping. Two toilets and a large shower room with a large tub (hot tub maybe - didnt' reallly check it out). Immaculte clean and looked brand new with beautifully crafted wood on the walls, ceilings and floors. All you would need for cooking any meal. Short walk to ski rental places and the main lodge of Hakuba Goryu ski resort. Also many restuaurants within walkable distance. Staff called us that morning to pick us up at the bus stop - nice bonus! Breakfast was delicious and staff very nice!
