Perfect transit hotel. Small room but adequate- clean. No frills but room was quiet
Cleanliness overall and friendliness of staff. They have a fast process of registration and check-in. The location is great since it is within the airport and transportation is close by too..
Concierge service. Calling a taxi, sending items to my home etc.
The convenience to the airport was particularly nice, and access to terminal shops (convenience store, drug store, etc.) was also very nice. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Very conveniently located in Terminal 2’s domestic wing for ANA, so if you are flying ANA, you can practically walk out of the lobby and enter security. The staff were very helpful with the amount of luggage we had, both with holding them before and after check-in, and moving them to and from our room. We were so grateful they were so accommodating to our situation.
