This is our comeback hotel. This is our third time in a year and we plan on coming again
Facilities were as advertised. Relaxing and enjoyable
The grounds I believe are beautiful and green around the end of April or may but were not pretty end of march as everything brown yet, the staff are fantastic, breakfast good, they had a free shuttle to Odawara that was fantastic, the ocean view from the window is great but the rooms are tiny.
If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.
Everything. Perfection. We only stayed 2 nights but what I would have given to stay more.
