The front desk was very friendly and the room (Japanese style) was clean and cozy.
It is important to put this hotel into the right context vis a vis value for money. It is a no-frills hotel which is excellent value for money staffed by people who really went above and beyond on a specific issue for us. As foreign tourists, we felt very well looked after and could not say enough kind things about the staff.

スタッフの対応がどの方も心がこもっていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。朝食は種類・味・内容、どれも素晴らしかったです。 6階の部屋からは見晴らしもよく、ベッド２つも余裕をもって配置されており、快適に過ごすことができました。2人分の料金は、1人分と言われてもおかしくないくらいリーズナブルでした。ありがとうございました。
