We had three nights in Toyohashi and this was an EXCELLENT place to stay. In the train station, there are plenty of food choices as well as other shops to look around. It was a great place to launch our 1/2 day journey to Nagoya as well. We took advantage of the laundry machines which wash and dry all at the same time and are internet connected so you can see if one is available before going there. Bonus tip: there is a bigger family mart right outside the station that has a larger selection!
