Family friendly, free snack, free drinks and free amenities. It is very closed to the major train station. Only three minutes walk to Tennoji station. Staff members are also friendly.
The amenities are great! We enjoyed every second! The afternoon tea and night time food was very delicious! The buckwheat pillows were so comfortable that make me wanna bring some home! Very family friendly place! Highly recommended!
Interesting conception for a hotel if you have kids because it has a lot of going on for kids and their parents. Close to metro station Tenaji (the red line and the other with the good exits - 16 and 17 only!! The first time, we got out following exit 4 or something, and it was not easy at all to find the hotel.
Excellent facilities for kids and adults. Spacious room. Comfortable rooms.
Amazing hotel! They really take care of their clients. Sake tasting and afternoon tea were such nice complementary activities. Would love to come back here!
Some of the outlets in our room were either underpowered or faulty. We made good use of the extension cord we brought ourselves.
