The triple room was perfect for a comfortable family stay, and the bathroom design was outstanding and added to the experience.
good location, only a few blocks away from different metro lines; all sorts of restaurants nearby; clean; supportive staff at the reception
The size of the room and free bottled water anytime. Also, it's very close to the Kitahama station.
The room service was excellent we received daily supply of towels and toiletries
In a relatively quieter area but a couple of minutes walk to subway for easy access to city center and popular destinations, unlimited free bottled water, decent size rooms with nice rain shower.
