Close to metro and some resto. One train away from Kansai airport
Amazing location, close to numerous stations, lots of kombini nearby as well as a Donki which might be useful for tourists.
The bed was comfy, there was enough space to move and to open a middle size suitcase. There was plenty of space to put things, even though there wasn't a proper wardrobe. You can get free coffee at the reception, store your bags before check-in for free. The air conditioner worked well, and the temperature was good.
They say the area can be dangerous but as a female solo traveller I didn't experience any trouble

The location is brilliant. Very near to train station and lots of convenient store, Daiso and Mega Don Quijote is just opposite the road. There is also a nearby supermarket nearby and many choices of cheap meals. Direct train to Kansai airport. Free coffee and tea. Microwave and laundry are in the premise too.
For the price of some higher end capsule hotels in say Shinsaibashi, you get a private room and private bath. It's close to the Osaka Metro station. Not too far from JR or Nankai station either. You can find convenience stores on the main roads nearby.
