What a fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, who were so accommodating. We arrived early, so they kept our luggage and when we returned the staff had taken the luggage up to our rooms, which was a lovely surprise! Check-in was smooth. The room was as advertised, large, clean with a fantastic shower! We opted for the Japanese style room, and the futon was remarkably comfortable! The hotel also has a room downstairs where you can access coffee and other hot drinks. A perfect stay!

Great value for money. Clean, bath in the private bathroom, pyjamas and everything you may need. We enjoyyed very much. Thank you.

I only stayed for a night but it was really good value for money. I liked the futon beds, more comfortable than you'd expect, especially as it's not on tatami but parquet floor. There is everything you need, a little table you can use as a desk, bedside lamps, and the bathroom was spacious too.

Very good hotel where you get your own private room and for an amazing price compared with other hotels. The hotel is a short walk to the local train station, the room is very clean and slippers, towels (replacement clean towels left outside of your door each day) and pyjamas are provided. There is a lounge where you can sit and relax. Free coffee and cold drinking water is provided with a vending machine to provide cold drinks. The Aircon was brilliant and kept the room nice and cool. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Close to busy area (Umeda) and metro station. But the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was kind. There is a common room where tea is available for guests.
