We had very positive experiences with this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was equally clean. The hotel also provided free western style breakfast, which was tasty. The staff were very considerate and friendly. The hotel also provided free shuttle to the ski resort and nearby 7/11 , also added convenience to our staying.
Absolutely everything. This beautifully charming property exceeded all of our expectations. We are a family of 4 and this was our first experience of the snow. We will definitely be back. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.
Great location, close to the slopes and a couple of bars that the local lifties and ski instructors hang out at after work-was an awesome experience to get to meet people from all over the world who came here for a job!
Super friendly hosts, convenient location (visit Pizzakaya for dinner if possible!) and Old Man Winter cooperated, rooms are basic but we were about the place and the ski vibe
Great location, super friendly staff (Anis was amazing !!! ) Clean , great included breakfast, 2min Shuttle service up to ski resort every 30mins , Onsen & comfy heated rooms. Fantastic value for money.
