Location perfect.The gardens were amazing with a selection of restaurants to choose from. The snacks on the Executive suites was great.
Property had beautiful grounds with clean large rooms and comfortable beds. The included breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was good enough to keep us full majority of the active day.
Although the hotel is little bit out dated, the executive room is still comfortable. The breakfast in satsuki is great. The executive lounge is comfortable and nice view. Hotel location is near to almost everywhere. Very convenient. Especially thanks to Kodama san from executive lounge, she is really helpful and patient, as well as professional.
Executive House Zen Lounge is delightful and such good value with all day food and drinks including French champagne and delicious pastries. The rooms are also significantly nicer than the standard hotel rooms.
Great central location. Wonderful service and facilities.
