Private room and neat bed. Complementary items like brush, gown, bath towel, face towel given to customers. Sauna and onsen bath available in common area. Cheap and best.

Location is fantastic. Bathhouse is amenity I loved most. I also like the freebies like towels, bathrobes, coffee and use of kitchen amenities.

Great value for money. You get what you pay for. Infact I’d say you get more than you pay for. A private room at this price in Osaka is a steal deal. Clean bathrooms, vending machines, great staff and free bicycle rental. Couldn’t ask for more at this price. Don’t know why people say this location is not safe, there is no such issue. The location is great. No safety issue. Only 3 minutes from the nearest metro.

This turned out to be a wonderful stay. I wanted to save money, and I did, but I had my own room. The room was small, but it did have a refrigerator and AC that worked fantastic, as well as a window I could open for fresh air. I loved the location as well, it was convenient to the metro and in walking distance of many attractions. Tons of food and convenience stores within a block or less.
