The hotel is very close to the train station and many restaurants
The staff were very helpful. I booked one night but ended up extending my stay because the location is so convenient and facilities and staff are wonderful. One of the nights I booked a smoking room accidentally, and after a few minutes in the room I realized I could not stay there (I quit smoking a year ago), and the staff was kind enough to change my room without extra charge or hustle. Breakfast is a bit pricy though, but there are excellent options at the Gifu station right about 3 to 5 minute walk away.
Location and facility was great. Staff can't speak english but they tried thier best to help.
The staff were very helpful organising our Ukai (cormorant fishing) tour and taxis and giving us advice.
Very friendly and helpful staff (helped with finding a hair dresser)
