Clean, a newer hotel (7years old), good location, the staff is friendly.
Easy access from train station and close to local restaurant and Fuji Grand (big grocery and fresh produce). We appreciated the hospitality of front desk staffs that help us booked taxi for us and even walked to taxi driver to explain the detail of our trip (we have language barrier, unable to speak Japanese). Our room was about right for the price and it served us well. Breakfast was not much but adequate to fill you up.
It was clean, convenient location. I was accommodated for and staff were friendly.

The onsen was really big and nice and the breakfast was great. The lady who checked us in spoke perfect English and was very helpful.
