Staff were very courteous and helpful. They were eager to resolve issues. Clean facility, always looks new even though I have been going to this hotel for almost 10 years. Complimentary buffet breakfast is great, with lots of Japanese and Western selections, they offer local foods such as rice, yogurt, vegetables, milk. Location is in central Kamaishi. Nice osento, which they translate as 'public bath', but it is really a private Japanese style bath for guests' use. It is not technically an onsen because the bath is manmade, but the experience is similar. Convenient coin laundry facilities, microwave. Delicious complimentary coffee in the lobby.
