Just perfect. I can’t say anything bad about it. The receptionists, the breakfast, the room, the bathroom. All great!
It was very conveniently located and had everything we needed!
A warm welcome from the front desk. A good explanation of the facilities. Wifi was easy to access, and at a high speed. Good location close to the main highway, and on the main road to Yamagata City centre. Very large car park. Good-sized, clean and well-equipped room with comfortable beds. Usual excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu. Restaurant open in the evenings, and good ramen/ gyoza restaurant over the main road.
The hotel was clean, organised and in a good location if travelling by car. It is located directly next to a Lawson's and some good local restaurants. The included breakfast was great.
The staff were amazing and tried their best to accommodate any needs or questions.
The public bath was lovely and well maintained and vending machines and a microwave are also provided on the first floor.
The room we booked was also very spacious compared to other similar style and cost hotels.
Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, very nice facilities (4 washing machines, vending machines, included breakfast), easily accessible with public transit and a nice view from our hotel window.
