Amazing breakfast, lovely staff, convenience store on location, large rooms, and airport transfer. Everything I needed for a peaceful airport transfer!
Very convenient if you need a place near the airport, as they offer a free shuttle both between the airport and the Narita train station. The room was large and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the gym surprisingly decent for an airport based hotel (handful of machines, cardio equipment, and light dumbbells, but enough to get a simple workout). The building also has a 7-11 right inside, and a 24hr market next door. Multiple smoking areas inside and out. I also believe it is cheaper than nearby similar hotels.
The size of the room, the atmosphere of the hotel, and all the staff really kind.
I took the shuttle bus which runs late from Narita train station. V convenient. Reception desk v courteous. Buses to Aeon Mall, Narita Eki, and Narita airport are great!
