Location and view are ideal. The hotel is easygoing, accomodating (common room and kitchen), relatively cheap and kept very clean and orderly. It has a friendly, well-organized vibe.

Real effort made to provide guests with a very pleasant stay, and supplies extras like drying racks and a kitchen / common room (with nice view over the bay). A different experience from corporate hotel chains. A no-brainer choice for those travelling to Utoro by car (hotel is on the edge of town) - staff can help those without transport by transfer to / from Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal, by prior arrangement.
