The price is good and the air conditioner worked well during the summer. It was also nice to have laundry and a full kitchen in the room.

Good location, there's a Luup parking downstairs so you can rent bikes or scooters. Closest station is under the SkyTree and streets are calm enough to walk or cycle stress free. Uber to the station is also cheap. Clean, although no cleaning service even if you're staying long. Very close to 7-eleven, pharmacy, coin laundry. Good instructions provided in the booklet. Good storage space for a Japanese apartment, with shoes storage even. There's a normal size 2-person table to eat at. Could use some shelfs. Comfy in general, there's a couple wardrobes to store clothes and luggage. However I wouldn't bring more than 2-3 L suitcases. You'll still need to open your suitcases in the bed or the bedroom floor.

All the facilities in the room worked well. Storage was efficient. Washing machine and vacuum were very useful. Very clean and well maintained.

We really like the location, close to major train routes, but far enough to feel calm and quiet. You can easily walk to Asakusa too. Easy to access, and love having the facilities to wash clothes and cook meals. Decent cupboard spaces for storing clothes and keeping suitcases out of the way. View from top floor is lovely, the Skytree is so pretty at night.

Good spot to arrive at with plenty of space and amenities. Everything worked just fine and without issues. It was nice and quite and there was never any disturbing noises or people.
