good location good value for the money clean, staff is great
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to English speakers. We had to book a last-minute room because we missed our check-in at another hotel due to transportation delays, and Joytel took us in with open arms and a very clean and cozy room in an hours-notice at 11:00 PM! Breakfast buffet in the morning was a bonus (and was only 1650 yen, which was great value for what they served).
Location is superb. You can go outside and get everything, a lot convenience store, restaurant, bars, and only 5 steps to go to Osaka Tower. Near from the station. Front office staffs was really really helpful. They help me a lot for deliver our suitcases to Tokyo. Thanks!

Our room was small but it doesn't matter cuz over all everything is good and the staffs are really friendly and nice
