Extremely close to the shinkansen/bullet train station and within 20mins of all Peace Parks and the castle by foot. We got an IC card but didn't need it. Staff spoke good service English. Breakfast was a meal voucher for a restaurant downstairs. I liked it quite a lot.
Staff was very accommodating when my party requested to keep luggage at the hotel before check-in.
Wish I could had stayed longer; the bed and everything in the room was really comfortable and the staff was wonderful.
Clean and check-in with good efficient, staffs are nice and helpful. Location is near train station. Environment is perfect. Whole room with good hospitality goods, such febreze spraying, and charging connection multiple types for 3C products.
