The hotel is located just in front of Hamamatsu station, so it is easy to get around downtown or go anywhere. The rooms were huge and comfortable. A huge plus is that they have laundry, and you can wash/dry your clothes using new machines that don't need you to change from washing to drying, and leave the clothes very nice. You can check on your tv when the laundry is ready. The breakfast was very good, with many options to choose from, both Japanese and Western. The view from the breakfast room is towards Hamamatsu station, thus a nice place to have breakfast.

Location is right in front of the train station. Spacious room and special eel and rice breakfast offering. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the onsen offered on the second floor. Generous supply of quality pajamas and toiletries. Top floor also has massage chair and fountain drinks available. Ex TV

Great location across from JR station. Plenty of shopping, eating places nearby. Decent hot springs facilities. Large rooms (for Japan). Breakfast had unagi and karaage the time that I went!

This is the only hotel I can stay every time I visit Hamamatsu. The welcome drink, the location, the facilities and the staff were all great! Planning to book again next month!
