They don't have an elevator, and I traveled from the US carrying 29-inch luggage. The room was on the third floor, and I was worrying about carrying the luggage. The staff there was super nice, offering to carry the luggage up for me and down when I checked out. I'm really satisfied with the service they provided. The location was great; it's next to multiple famous restaurants and desserts. Close to the Sakura street and beach. Service is the best.

Clean, spacious, comfortable with great amenities. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, English speaking staff was available at the time.
