Enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. Nice view of harbour. Easy walk to Ginza shopping street and the beach. Good location for us.
Rooms were large and hotel was in a great location
The staff was very nice and held our luggage hours beforehand the check in without any money fee in exchange, they speak English as well so the interaction has been easier.
They provided us pajamas, all the amenities, and the hot spring that face the sea was absolutely stunning
