Great location right next to Kure station. This is a convenient place to stay while traveling around Kure and Hiroshima. The rooms were clean and comfortable and met our expectations.
There were several restaurants on site, including a bistro and a cafe on the first floor. I know they have a beer garden on the roof, but I'm not sure when it's open.
Very close to train station.
My room and bathroom were spacious, very comfortable.
The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, you choose from either American or Japanese and they serve several courses. Location is great with the train station right across the street.

1. when i forgot something, their follow up was excellent
2.when I got harmed by hot water midnight, staff took quick action to help me.
In Japan you always know you will get excellent service for a very reasonable price.
