It was the best hotel ever! I wasn’t expecting all that fun in their game area. We came home and bought some of the games we played there, and that still connects us as a family!
The location is just perfect. 2 or 3 blocks from the best part of Osaka! So much life and fun in that area.
The room had great space too, specially comparing to other hotels in Japan.
Great staff, amenities, service and location. Very quiet rooms even though we were in a busy loud part of Osaka!
It was near Namba station and also Nipponbashi station. Major shopping avenues are close by. Also it had board game section at reception with free drinks which was good for our kids.
Location was excellent, the room was well lit and spacious for Japan standards. Staff was helpful, especially Maria. She was extra helpful with scheduling a visit with a Dr and even followed through when I passed through the lobby later on. She definitely deserves extra recognition.
Good location, helpful staff, good house-keeping, additionally free simple drinks (time limited) menu such as coffee and soft drinks.
