Location was very good. Onsen in house was very good. Staff very nice and polite.

EVERYTHING! Extremely beautiful views! People at the front, in the parking, restaurants - all very friendly !!!
Super clean and very reasonably priced. Comfortable room. Easy to check in and out at the kiosk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. As for the location, it was easy to walk (10 to 20 minutes) to several attractions: the castle, a tatami workshop, history museum and a soy sauce brewery. Also, several excellent restaurants were nearby.
