Location was very good. Onsen in house was very good. Staff very nice and polite.
We liked just about everything about the Matsue New Urban Hotel — great staff, large room with a view, washer/dryer in the room, comfortable beds, roomy lounge area, fantastic rooftop deck, variety of food choices at breakfast, walking distance to sights.
