1. Staff was no nice and helpful!! We forgot our key card in the room and they immediately helped us out and unlocked our room. The guy that helped us unlock our room was also very funny and kind so it helped ease the stress.
2. The buffet was so yummy. Small selection but all soo good. The chicken teriyaki is a must try! My kids went crazy over the chocolate fountain.
3. Room was pretty spacious for Japan standards. And of course nice and clean :D
4. They had a vending machine on every floor. We had fun going to each floor to check out the selection.
5. The free shuttle bus to the mall and airport was so convenient.
6. There was a small store for the essentials and a pharmacy that had a pretty good selection.
7. There was a money exchange machine in the lobby.
8. Coin operated laundry, so useful!

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really nice. I enjoyed my dinner and breakfast during my stay. I also enjoyed that it has a traditional character, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the hotel staff that made my stay memorable!
The shuttle was incredible convenient. The vacuum that was available to make our clothes smaller was so helpful! It helped me not buy another piece of luggage. Buffet had a lot of options. This hotel was built for airport travel.
