We love it because there are so many recreational activities for the family
The resort is very big and quiet which is very peaceful. After checked out, I left my item (teddy bear) behind and realized it when I had already return to the city. I then tried to contact the hotel and received a very helpful respond very quickly. Finally staffs (Taniguchi-san) managed to send back my teddy bear to deliver to the hotel I stayed in the city just before I left to airport. Very impressed!!
Nice hotel with a lot of different activities to offer. The onsen is modern style with a good design.
The hotel is located in the beautifully well maintained national park with golf course, sunset beach, yoga terrace etc. The hot spring spa, friendly staff, lots of marine sports activities, spacious and clean room, delicious Japanese breakfast. Nice amenities and they even provided bug spray etc., in the room
Extraordinarily caring services. Amiable staff who thoutfully prepared every detail. Special appreciation to the gentleman who treated me very professionally throughout the stay. Although a relatively old resort, the room is decently sized to fit a family of three with great view of Ise-shima National park. The refurnishment made the experience with no compromise. The onsen offered at the resort is clean while offering a variety of pools. The dinner and breakfast are also of good quality. It is strongly recommended because of its value!
