The location is quite near Nago Pineapple Park and few restaurants. The facilities looks new and the carpark is big and free parking. Super value for money.

The parking lot in front of the hotel is big. The location is good. An izakaya is opposite to the hotel, and more restaurants are nearby. A convenient store is around the corner. The room n the balcony is big and clean. Washing machine n drying machine work nicely. Netflix is available.

- we were in a corner room, so 3 windows - very nice and light and felt spacious. (Might be different with only 1 window) - self check-in was very nice. It felt like coming home and not a hotel - clean, new room - easy to understand garbage bins right in the hall - I love the open-floor concept

This was my third stay at the New Normal. The rooms are cozy and spacious. There's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, all in walking distance. Close to Nago Bus terminal, less than a mile away. I loved using the kitchenette for days when I didn't eat out and would cook a simple meal. They have pots, dishes, and utensils for easy meals. There's a washer and dryer in each room. I would recommend this hotel for long stays.
