This was a perfect location in Tokyo. Very close to Senso-Ji and great shopping and restaurants. It really felt like a resort, from taking your shoes off at the door, to the onsen and the late night noodles. Rooms were cosy and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly always. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We stayed at the Ueno location one night and this one was so much nicer.

I loved this hotel! Will definitely be staying here again! Firstly the location is excellent. It is a perfect hotel to stay at. The bed was really comfy, the rooms were clean, loved the free ramen offered, it was delicious. Also tried the onsen on my last day there in the morning, very clean and comforting.

This entire experience was top notch. The next time I'm in Japan I'll be checking this hotel for availability. My room was often cleaned in the time that it took me to go out for breakfast, the key card system worked incredibly well, the staff spoke great English and were super friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were clean and worked well. The tatami mat floors were incredibly comfortable and the free late night noodles really added to the whole experience. The location of this hotel is perfect if you're in Japan to experience Tokyo. You're less than 5 minutes walking distance from something interesting in any direction, and you can get a train to just about anywhere in Tokyo in under an hour. Despite the hotel being packed, I can't recall hearing any of the other guests from my room.
