We love how homey it was, the host were so kind and gentle. Everyday there’s traditional Japanese breakfast that fills you up before your SB trip. Hotel has an indoor and outdoor onsen as well, very relaxing during winter time.

The owner was very helpful. Felt very warm and welcoming. The place is very cozy and close proximity to the snow resort. Will definitely be coming back again.

The breakfast meals were amazing. Accomodations are comfortable and warm, and the bath is a welcome finish to a long day of skiing. I greatly enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts, and felt like I was staying in a home rather than a hotel.

The staff were exceptional. The facilities are incredibly clean. They offer a very good breakfast menu. It has a traditional shower and bath area, a nice lounge, and an outdoor wood fired hottub that operates a few times a week. The beds are traditional mats that you make yourself. It's a quick walk to Goryu Ski Area which Pals offers a discounted pass option for. There's a really nice raman restaurant nearby and a bunch of other restaurants about a 10 min walk away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay while in Hakuba.

Very accommodating staff, always helping you with your needs. Nice big onsen and outdoor hot tube to enjoy after a day on the slopes.
