The room is larger than rooms at comparable prices in other hotels. The furniture and facilities are quite new so you don't feel like you are staying at an old hotel. Amenities are provided in the lobby so waste can be reduced for those who prefer to use their own toiletries.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the station. It was very clean, you can take pyjamas and toiletries from the reception area. The room, although small (but we knew this from the pictures), it was cozy and there was enough space for putting our luggage in the room (2 big and 2 small trollers). The breakfast option was also really convenient, 700 yen per person per night. It's basically the same food choices everyday, but it is good value for the money. You can also wash and dry your clothes for a small fee: 200 yen for 30 min wash/dry. Bonus: nice view from our room at the 11th floor.

Walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station (Shinkansen), and just a few stations from Umeda riding the Shin-Midosuji Line that connects you to any place in Osaka. The station is nearby. The price for a single room was reasonable. According to the current trend, you pick the toiletry you need at the entrance. Plenty instant coffee sachets and black tea bags are available at the lobby, so that you can take a few to your room. Sleeping wear is also provided (but didn't try). Breakfast is also offered.
