Pretty god location
Sadly couldn’t see the mt Fuji view as it was raining and just bad weather
View of Mt Fuji was amazing from the room! Breakfast was great!
My family was impressed with the architecture of the hotel as well as the view of Mt Fuji from the onsen
Very good location and very good and friendly staff
Architecturally it’s a very different building to anywhere I’ve stayed before. The hot springs were a highlight and were never overly crowded - often had the whole place to ourselves.
The views of Mt. Fuji when there are no clouds are spectacular. The club lounge is excellent with free juice, coffee and tea.
Our traditional Japanese room with tatami mats and futons was very comfortable.
It is a little dated but not as much as other reviews said, and I found it very clean. The staff were attentive and helpful.
